Security Questions and Answers are used in the event you lose or forget your password. You must select the question you believe you will be able to remember the correct answer to, if in the future you should lose or forget your password. This method of identification verification is used prior to providing the password to the email address setup for the user requesting their lost or forgotten password.

Answer the question to question 2 above, this is the answer you would provide if you lose or forget your password.
Click the dropdown and select one of the questions that you can remember the answer to when prompted to do if you lose or forget your password in the future.
Answer the question to question 3 above, this is the answer you would provide if you lose or forget your password.
Click the Save and Next button once you have selected the three questions and entered your answer to them to go to the next page.
