Note: This section will allow the user to customize the list of PartnerPay participants with whom you do business. Once added to your list, the partner selected will remain on your list until you remove them. You will only be able to transfer funds to partners that you have placed on your Trading Partner list.
Participating partners are those members that have a WCAworld PartnerPay account opened. The members in the All Participating Partner List will not be available on your list unless you move them to the Selected Payees list.
Select one then once you have them highlighted, click on the Add Payee button to move it from the All Participating Partners List to the Selected Payees.
Select multiple Participating Partners by holding your control key down while selecting with your mouse the participating partners you desire to move to the selected partners list. Once you have them highlighted, click on the Add Payee button to move it from the All Participating Partners List to the Selected Payees.
Select a range by holding your shift key down while selecting with your mouse the first participating partners you desire to move to the selected partners list then select with your mouse the last in a range of those you want to transfer to selected payees. Once you have them highlighted, click on the Add Payee button to move it from the All Participating Partners List to the Selected Payees.
You can transfer from the All Participating Partners List to the Selected Payees list by clicking the Add Payee button.
Selected Payees are those members that have been added to your list and will appear on your list to select while in the payment processing screens.
To remove from your selected payee list, do one of the following actions.
Select one then click with your mouse to remove them once you have them highlighted click on the Remove Payee button this will remove them from your selected payees list to the All Participating Partners list.
Select multiple selected payees by holding your control key down while selecting with your mouse the selected payees you desire to move to the participating trading partner list. Once you have them all highlighted click on the Remove Payee button to remove the selected payee from your list.
Select a range by holding your shift key down while selecting with your mouse the first selected payee you desire to move to the selected partners list then select with your mouse the last in a range of those you want to transfer to selected payees. Once you have them all highlighted click on the Remove Payee button to remove them from your selected payees list.
After you have selected from the select payee list you can transfer them back to all participating partners list, removing them from the selected payee list by clicking on the Remove Payee button.
